Training and Speaking
Jack is available to book for training on the topic of digital assets, online and in person. He usually speaks to professional audiences, but is happy to provide presentations for the public as well. Jack is also happy to speak at conferences.
Jack authored (with Leigh Sagar) The Digital Estate (2nd Edition), which explores the English law of digital assets from the perspective of private client practice. He has experience in setting up digital assets procedures and precedents from scratch within an English law firm. He is an elected member of the Steering Committee of STEP’s global Digital Assets Special Interest Group, where he has worked with other experts from around the world to share knowledge, develop best practices, and shape the law.
Bookings can be from an hour upwards and the content can be tailored to the event and the audience. This can range from an overview of the subject for complete beginners, through to detailed analysis for those with pre-existing knowledge. Jack is happy to focus on whatever aspects are requested.
